•                 The order is only valid for the mentioned product / code.

•                 Delivery charge is Rs. 250/- only.

•                 Orders will be delivered within 48hrs. You will receive a confirmation by text message regarding delivery. 

•                 Once an order is placed and confirmation of a transaction is sent to the customer, orders cannot be cancelled and any returns will not be accepted.

•                 In case a package is returned undelivered or refused at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the full delivery charges for both back and forth sending of packages and any other applicable fee and transaction charges.

•                 Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of Island Fish Market within same day of the purchase.

•                 Payment may be made by cash, master / visa / amex card and bank transfer.

•                 If a customer selects ‘Bank Transfer’ as payment option. Orders will be scheduled for a delivery only upon receipt of payment. ‘order number‘ should be mentioned at the time of payment and shared with us for confirmation.

•                 Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery address at the time of registration.

•                 Customer is responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current.

•                 In the event that a customer does not provide correct and accurate information the order will not be processed.

•                 In the event of any orders being cancelled by Island Fish Market due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be arranged within 3 working days.

•                 Island Fish Market reserves the right to terminate user membership at any time if breach of these terms and conditions take place.
